Chef ST is trained under international chefs such as Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud (MOF2000) and Rosalind Chan from I.C.C.A, ST found her passion for cooking from none other than her Nyonya mother, who inspired and mentored her, spurring her eagerness to constantly experiment new food types, resulting in an exquisite taste bud and refined baking skills.
